The 2015 Finance Committee

The Committee on Finance shall be responsible for financial management and budget preparations to the Consistory body.
The committee shall work with the Commander-inChief on the annual budget, make sound short term and long-term investments recommendations, and work fervently with the Illustrious Treasurer to obtain proper budget reports. This committee shall prepare the financial report for quarterly audits. Pending this organization receive its non-profit status from the IRS this committee will conduct itself as having the 501 (c) 7 fraternity status. [We do this because that the status is retroactive.] The Chairman of this committee shall report to the Commander-in-Chief regularly and report to the Consistory body every three months (quarterly) and when called upon during monthly meetings. |
