This inspiring event celebrated unity, legacy, and progress, bringing together community members and leaders from across the area to honor the profound impact of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The sisters of Esther R. Walters also participated, showcasing their unwavering support and solidarity. Their presence emphasized the shared commitment to justice and equality that binds us all. Together, we reflected on Dr. King’s enduring legacy and the principles he championed. A highlight of the evening was the powerful keynote address delivered by Dr. Jamal Bryant, Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Stonecrest, Georgia. Dr. Bryant’s stirring words resonated deeply with attendees, reminding everyone of the importance of continuing the fight for social justice and building a brighter future for generations to come. Our very own Commander In Chief, Roderick Kimble, led the brothers of the consistory with poise and grace. His heartfelt remarks encapsulated the spirit of the evening, emphasizing the values of service, leadership, and the ongoing mission to uphold Dr. King’s vision.
